Conker Spirit is the brain child of Rupert Holloway, now owner of the region’s first gin distillery, Rupert produces the dry British wheat spirit with new Forest Spring Water and 10 botanicals, including the Dorset flavours of samphire, elderberries and handpicked gorse flowers. Operating from a warehouse in Southbourne Dorset, Conker Spirit is a small batch distillery, creating just 60 bottles at a time.
